Fishing Camp Programs
All skill levels of anglers are welcome. Fish and Explore camps are travel camps. Each day, we transport campers to a new location to discover the wonders of the outdoors. We will provide all gear and necessary equipment for each camp. This will include fishing rods, tackle, lures and bait. Fish and Explore will provide transportation for all camps. Lifejackets will be supplied and required while on a boat or in the water. Bring lunch, snack, a change of clothes, sneakers or river shoes and a towel. For itineraries and more, visit www.fishandexplore.com or contact John Lipetz with any questions at 703?609?8083 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Young Anglers (Off-Site)
Fish and Explore transports campers daily to lakes, rivers and other local waterways. Everyone will catch fish. Children learn water safety, nature awareness and the basics of fresh and saltwater fishing from casting and rigging, to knot-tying, to selecting tackle and lures and identifying fish. Campers will fish different types of water: public and private lakes, reservoirs, ponds, rivers, streams, creeks and the Chesapeake Bay over the course of the week. Specific locations vary based on water levels and fishing conditions. Led by Fish and Explore Staff.
