2017 Board Elections: McLean Day Voting Instructions
1. TABLE 1: ALL ADULT VOTERS
WITH ID: Show Teller pictured identification that contains your age and home address. Teller will look up address, check for absentee voters at address, and note that you have voted.
WITHOUT ID: You must sign an AFFIDAVIT to swear or affirm that you are 18+ years old and live in tax district. Teller will verify address, check for absentee voters, and note that you have voted.
2. TABLE 2: ALL YOUTH VOTERS
You must complete a AFFIDAVIT to swear or affirm that you are 15-17 years old and live in tax district. The address you provide and the high school boundary area for the address will be verified. Teller will check for youth absentee voters at address.
3. YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE BALLOT.
ADULT: 18 years of age or older will receive a GRAY ballot.
YOUTH/LANGLEY: 15 through 17 years of age and reside within Langley High School boundary area will receive a LIGHT GREEN double-sided ballot: instructions on one side; candidates on other.
YOUTH/MCLEAN: 15 through 17 years of age and reside within McLean High School boundary area will receive a LIGHT PINK double-sided ballot: instructions on one side; candidates on other.
4. TELLER WILL GIVE YOU VOTING INSTRUCTIONS, WHICH WILL INCLUDE
HOW TO VOTE FOR A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE.
5. NUMBER OF CANDIDATES FOR WHOM YOU MAY VOTE
ADULTS may vote for ONE, TWO or THREE candidates, including write-ins.
YOUTH may vote for ONE or TWO candidates, including write-ins (but NOT two candidates in same high school boundary area).

SO THAT YOUR VOTE WILL COUNT!!
6. PLEASE USE VOTING BOOTH AND PLACE BALLOT IN BALLOT BOX.
