7 - 12 th graders! Have your next party or event at the Old Firehouse! With access to our large dance floor, game tables, and kitchenette, you have all the makings of a fun time. Just add your friends, music and refreshments.
Requirements for Having a Party at The Old Firehouse
Rental Prices:
Category 1- Government: Free
Category 2- Local Open Community Groups: Free
Category 3- Local Private Individuals, Organizations, or Community Groups:
deposit: $250.00
$100.00 per hour for up to 50 people; $125 per hour for over 50 people
Category 4- Non-Local Organizations or Individuals:
deposit: $250.00
$150.00 per hour for up to 50 people; $175 per hour for over 50 people
Reservations
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, as space is available and within the following times:
• Monday–Thursday, 6 - 11 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday, 2 - 11 p.m
Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance. Please make reservations at least two weeks in advance. Old Firehouse programs have priority, so the facility is not always available for rentals.
Reservations must be made at the facility. Staff will not book over the phone or via e-mail.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation charge equal to one half the rental fee is charged if a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the booking. If a cancellation is more than 30 days prior to the rental date, renter will receive a full refund. The full rental fee is charged for failure to cancel.
Please Note: Events at the Old Firehouse are considered strictly facility rentals, meaning the Old Firehouse staff member will open and close the facility and provide trash bags, brooms, mops, etc. for clean up. However, the staff member cannot be considered a chaperone and does not take responsibility for monitoring guests.
