Patron will receive a full refund less a 20% administrative fee.\n\nCamp McLean Jr. & Camp McLean Requirements\nCamp Forms Camp Forms MUST be submitted one month prior to the start of camp. This gives parents/guardians time to complete any missing or otherwise incomplete forms prior to camp.\nNote: All forms must be complete and on hand at camp before your child is admitted to camp. No exceptions will be made.\nRequired Camper Documents Include:\n\nCamper Information Packet ( https://mcleancenter.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Camp-McLean-Registration-Form-2026_final-2.pdf )\nA current and completed Certification of Immunization\nA Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Physical Examination Form ( https://mcleancenter.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Health-Form-2024.pdf ) signed by a physician, a copy of the form is acceptable. Any camper under the age of six years old must submit a Physical Examination form that is dated after August 1, 2025.\n\nUnder Virginia law, camp management is required to witness a document with proof of your child’s age. You must bring one of the following items in when you submit paperwork for your child for camp.\nNote: Camp McLean staff will make a copy of the original document and return it to you.
