Join your friends, family, and community for MCC's Fantastic Fall Scavenger Hunt! This exciting fall virtual event allows for you and your team to compete against others and win prizes. This is the perfect event to stay local and have fun with your friends and family.
The Fantastic Fall Scavenger Hunt is a game played on a smart phone in which teams complete 75 missions (or challenges) both indoors and outdoors. Missions include answering questions, taking specific photos or video, finding a specific item, geocaching or completing specific tasks as given in a list provided by the Game Master. The scavenger hunt will take place in and around McLean and from your own home.
Participants work in small teams of 4-10 players. Team captains must be 16 years old or older. The Fantastic Fall Scavenger Hunt will have a maximum of 100 teams, so register early! Be one of the first 30 teams to sign up and get a Scavenger Hunt Gift bag to make the hunt even more fun!
How to Play:
Step 1: Put together a team of 4 to 10 players.
Step 2: Designate a team captain. The team captain must be 16 years or older Only the team captain should register. Registration is open August 3.
Step 3: The team captain will be contacted via email by our Game Master within 72 hours with further instructions for the team.
?Step 4: Complete missions, score points and have a great time!
Gift Bags! The first 30 teams to register will recieve an exciting gift bag with items to help assist you with your missions.
About the Missions:
• There will be 75 total missions.
• Each mission is worth 400 to 1,000 points.
• Bonus points will be awarded for outstanidng submissions.
• Teams earning at least 30,000 points will be entered into a grand prize drawing.
• All teams are entered into a drawing for other great prizes.
