Enjoy increased flexibility, strength, balance and energy as you challenge yourself, while respecting and honoring your body. You'll need a yoga mat, strap and block, a resistance band, a set of 1- to 2-lb. hand weights and water.

Stretch and strengthen your body in this combination class. The first half of the class includes yoga stretches, poses and flows. The second half focuses on Pilates and core exercises. No previous experience is necessary – all levels of experience are welcome. Bring a Yoga or exercise mat, and a bath or beach towel.
