Come be a part of the MCC’s Seniors in Action (SIA) Program! Participate in a variety of activities designed to keep you healthy, active, and having fun! Build relationships and foster a sense of community while enjoying fitness classes, games, speakers, and social activities! Seniors in Action Program Manager Carrie Conley will help make your time at the MCC fun and fulfilling.

more. In this session we'll look at how you can make good use of these free services.


Giant Nutrition Series: 4 Weeks to a Healthier You

Whether you’re concerned about weight, chronic disease management or just optimizing your health, this four-week series will help you identify relatively simple and gradual changes that add up to major improvements. Join Kristen McGill, MS, RDN, CSOWM, LDN, as we discuss diabetes, heart health, gut health and even brain health—and sample some tasty new products along the way!
