Strength & Balance - Virtual

Includes warm-up, strength-building, balance exercises, gentle stretches, and chair-based options. Bring water, dumbbells, resistance “stretchy” bands, and a 6-8-inch diameter ball. Bring a mat. Some exercises will be on the floor.
