Led by a weight management expert, this six-week program will provide education and support to help prepare you for the remaining year and beyond! Learn strategies to manage weight in a healthy manner, prepare meals, practice mindfulness and stay physically active! Meetings include instruction and group discussion.

This workshop is geared towards assisting seniors with Apple devices, including iPhone and iPad. The presentation will explain the fundamentals, followed by personalized assistance. Over the two sessions, the instructor will patiently answer any questions regarding email, texting, FaceTime, apps, photo sharing, GPS and decipher that cryptic “lol” texting lingo.

A custom blend of cardio conditioning suitable for all levels, this training format uses body weight, free weights, and balance work to improve coordination, stability and spatial awareness. You’ll need aerobic shoes, light weights and a yoga mat.
