On the menu: Spicy Black Bean and Roasted Corn Tacos with Lime Cream and Homemade Taco Sauce; Honeyed Sweet Potato, Brie and Herb Tacos; Seared Chipotle Citrus Pork Tacos with Black Olive and Orange Salsa; Smoky Shiitake and Walnut Meat Tacos with Roasted Tomato Salsa; Garlic Shrimp Tacos with Avocado and Sweet Peppers; Mexican Cinnamon Cookies.
