
A Cut Above
Take this knife skills workshop to learn and practice techniques that take the chore out of cooking. Topics include boning chicken, pasting garlic, cutting onions and other vegetables and fruits. Knife selection and care also are covered. Bring your own knives or use ours. A light meal will be served.
