Adult Spring Bread Workshop

Participants will learn different bread-making techniques and styles while preparing a wide variety of yeast and quick breads from around the world (and also closer to home). On the menu: Tomato and Parmesan Focaccia; Buttermilk Scones; Brazilian Cheese Bread; Persian Barbari Bread; Australian Damper; Qistibi from Tatarstan; Sweet Potato Crescents; Irish Soda Bread. Instructor: Chef Joel Olson.
