
Cooking, Manners & Etiquette
This is a popular and effective etiquette class. Day One: Students prepare a variety of food and enjoy it while discussing manners and etiquette. Day Two: Students dine and share a four-course, restaurant-style meal while dining etiquette is critiqued by Chef Joel in a lively and productive manner.
Day One: Vegetable and White Bean Minestrone with Garlic Breadsticks; Three-Cheese Raviolis with Fresh Tomato Sauce; Scandinavian Sugar Cookies; Common Courtesy; Manners and Etiquette 101; Guest and Host.
Day Two: Bread and Butter Basket; Corn and Potato Chowder; Garden Salad with Homemade Dressing; Spinach and Cheese Strudel with Creamy Lemon Velouté; Herbed Rice Pilaf; Vegetable Side Dish; Fresh Fruit Napoleons; Manners and Etiquette 102. Recipes and handouts will be presented at the end of Class Two.
