Make, bake and take delicious sweet and savory baked goods, while learning French baking/pastry techniques. Menu: Flammkuchen (French “pizza” made w/French bread dough, pesto, tomato, smoked cheese); Parmesan Gougeres w/Herbed Boursin (baked cheese puffs w/herbed cheese); Ratatouille Gratin (eggplant, zucchini and tomato bake w/creamy basil cheese sauce); Tarte au Citron (lemon tart w/fresh lemon curd and pâte sablée); Orange and Chocolate Madeleines; Sablés Bretons (French shortbread).
