OFC 2023 Summer Camp Trips
For Rising 5th-9th Graders
The end of the school year is quickly approaching. Not to worry! The Old Firehouse has a summer program that will keep your child active and happy all summer. The Old Firehouse Summer Camp offers your child eight weeks of fantastic trips and memorable experiences. Be sure to sign up early as these weeks sell out fast.
There are three convenient ways to register: online, by phone or in person at the Old Firehouse Center, 1440 Chain Bridge Rd., McLean, Va. 22101.
The 2023 Old Firehouse Summer Participant Contract should be submitted no later than Friday, June 9, 2023. All other forms and waivers will be sent via email and will also be available at the Old Firehouse prior to your camp week.
Camp will be held Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Return times on certain trips will be later due to the distance of the trip’s location. Trips depart and return to the Old Firehouse Teen Center. Campers may bring additional money for snacks and incidentals each day.
Please Note: Trips may change due to weather conditions, location availability or other unforeseeable issues. Old Firehouse camp staff will make every effort to ensure replacement trips are as similar as possible to the trips originally planned.

Old Firehouse Summer Camp Refund Policy
• All withdrawals, refunds and cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to registrar@mcleancenter.org.
• If a camp program is canceled by the center, a full refund will be issued.
• Requests for withdrawals and/or cancellations received before Friday, April 7, 2023, will receive a full refund.
• Requests for withdrawals and/or cancellations received after Friday, April 7, 2023, will have an $100 processing fee deducted from the total refund paid to the patron.
• If a replacement can be found to fill the space vacated by the cancellation and/or withdrawal, the $100 processing fee will be refunded to the patron.
• If a replacement cannot be found, a refund of the processing fee will not be issued.
