Parent and Child Pasta

Spend a Saturday morning making fresh basic egg pasta from scratch then learn how to make these pasta shapes: cavatelli (small hollow pasta shells); orecchiette (small ear-shaped pasta); pappardelle (large, broad flat noodles); quadrucci (little squares). Participants will then learn to make these delicious sauces to enjoy with their pasta: agloi e olio (olive oil, garlic, parmesan) and Alfredo (garlic, cream, cheese).

Class fee includes payment for one child and one adult. $45, each additional child.
