Tai Chi 2
Prerequisite: several sessions of Tai Chi-1. Tai Chi-2 refines and brings closer attention to the movement patterns introduced in Tai Chi-1 while participants work to further develop and balance chi internally. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes.
