The Big Easy: A Trip to NOLA

Participants learn to make and then enjoy delicious and fun takes on classic  New Orleans dishes, including learning the technique to make a classic “roux,” the key to good Gumbo! On the menu: Oven-Toasted Boudin Sausage Balls w/Piquant-Roasted Red Pepper Sauce and Cajun Fry Bread; BBQ Shrimp w/Remoulade; Chicken and Andouille Gumbo w/Creole Rice; Beignets, the classic French-style doughnuts from New Orleans.
