Fitness Fun Camp

This camp focuses on core and balance training, improved flexibility, strength conditioning and cardiorespiratory improvement. Suited for both recreational and competitive athletes, this camp aims to help individuals meet their personal fitness goals and achieve their maximum capabilities. Camp will introduce key practices that young athletes should incorporate into their daily routines to build both physical and mental strength. Exercises and training techniques include: all body strength workouts, core strengthening, agility training, mindfulness and breathing and flexibility enhancement through yoga.
