Al Fresco Picnic

Participants will learn to make and then get to enjoy delicious and fun vegetarian summer dishes that are perfect for an evening picnic (at Wolf Trap, for example!): Fougasse (Ladder-Shaped Bread) with Herbed Boursin Cheese Spread, Eggplant and Summer Vegetable Caponata and Whipped Radish Butter; Vegetarian Tarte Flambée (or “Flammkuchen,” creamy feta, pesto and mushroom tarts); French Lentil Salad with Olives and Cucumbers; Sablés Breton with Fresh Fruit.
