Autism and Social Skills

A free discussion series for parents presented by the Safe Community Coalition in partnership with the McLean Community Center.

Facilitators: Robyne Davis, MA, LPC and Becky Kohm, M.A.T, Ed.S.

Children and teens with symptoms of Autism may experience challenges with emotional regulation, communication, social interaction, transitions and flexible thinking. During the presentation, we will share strategies to provide support in these areas in both the home and school settings. Assessment, symptoms and treatment approaches will be discussed as well.
