The McLean Community Players are bringing the hit musical "Godspell" to the Alden stage! Bursting with energy, laughter and unforgettable songs like “Day by Day,” this show is about joy, friendship and the value of play. Playing October 3-11, with both evening and matinee performances.

MCP has entertained since 1964 with a mission to empower our diverse community through the magic of theater. It creates an inclusive space where voices are heard, talents are nurtured and stories come alive. By fostering creativity and connection, MCP aims to enrich lives and build lasting relationships, celebrating the vibrant spirit of our community—on and off the stage.

MCP’s goal is to produce theater for, with and sustained by our community. They are committed to diverse casting of all productions, where possible. As an all-volunteer organization, there is no pay for performers and no cost to audition. All parts for every show are open; none are ever pre-cast. MCP membership is not required for participation.
