Parent and Child Ravioli

Spend a fun morning making delicious homemade ravioli with a special child! Learn the techniques of making fresh Egg Pasta dough. Then roll the dough out using a pasta machine to make fresh pasta sheets which can be used to make your choice of these delicious raviolis: Three Cheese Ravioli; Savory Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Ravioli. Fresh Homemade Alfredo Sauce and Marinara Sauce will also be prepared in class to taste with the pasta.
