Pilates for Young Dancers
Focuses on building teens confidence, strength and flexibility. Through a combination of lyenger yoga and chi universe yoga practices, students, can build their skills across several levels of achievements and receive awards for each progression. Focuses on physical and mental wellbeing to support development into adulthood, including managing anxiety, building self-esteem and developing physical strength and flexibility.
