Summer Brunch Class
Adult-child pairs will prepare then enjoy the following classic brunch recipes: Farmers Market Frittata (made with seasonal vegetables, eggs and a touch of Wisconsin cheese); Blueberry Buttermilk Scones (light and fluffy scones with a crispy sugar crust); Homemade Brown Sugar and Butter Pop Tarts; Individual Cheddar Omelets. Learn the technique of making perfect French-style cheese omelets!
