Summer Pasta from Scratch
Adult-child pairs will prepare handmade egg pasta then decide which pasta shapes and/or raviolis to make. Choose from these fun pasta shapes: Cavatelli (small hollow shells); Farfalle (bowtie pasta); Pappardelle (large broad flat noodles). For ravioli we will make Three-Cheese Filling. Pastas will be enjoyed with two sauces: Aglio e Olio (garlic and oil) and Classic Marinara.
