Prerequisite: Several sessions of Tai Chi 1. Tai Chi 2 refines and brings closer attention to the movement patterns introduced in Tai Chi 1 while participants work to further develop and balance chi internally. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes.
