Tai Chi 2
Prerequisite: Several sessions of Tai Chi-I. Tai Chi II refines and brings closer attention to the movement patterns introduced in Tai Chi I while participants work to further develop and balance chi internally. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes.
