Learn a variety of sweet and savory recipes to add to your baking repertoire. On the menu: Scottish Shortbread; Brötchen (crusty German bread rolls); Socca (garbanzo flour based flatbread from the Southeastern France); and flavorful Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper and Mozzarella Calzones.
