Youth Knife Skills
Empower your children to help with the cooking by learning real knife skills that will stay with them as long as they cook. Students will learn special techniques for cutting onions, carrots, peppers and other fruits and vegetables. They will learn how to paste garlic, mince parsley and make a chiffonade of lettuce, as well as how to safely cut French bread. On the menu: Mediterranean Fried Rice with Vegetables and Herbs; Garlic Bread.
