A Cut Above: Knife Skills 101
Take this knife skills workshop to learn and practice the culinary techniques that help take the chore out of cooking. Techniques include deboning a chicken; cutting onions, carrots, other vegetables and fruits; and pasting garlic. Knife selection, sharpening, and care will also be covered. Bring your own knives or use ours. On the menu: Mediterranean Fried Rice with Vegetables and Herbs; Chopped Salad with Apple Crisp Vinaigrette.
