Chocolate!

In this fun, hands-on class, participants will learn to make delicious chocolate treats and add to their repertoire with new recipes and classic techniques. They will make the following (and take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Maine Potato Candy; White Chocolate Muffins with Candied Oranges; Moelleux au Chocolate (chocolate cakes with a molten top layer); Chocolate Fudge Cookies; and Chocolate Cobbler.
