Fall Community Parking Lot Sale

Free admission to the public. Sellers must register.
Please Note: Registration for this sale begins on Wednesday, July 1.

Too much stuff? Not enough space? This parking lot sale has more than 60 vendors. Clean out the closet and join your friends and neighbors as a vendor for this fun community event. Residents selling gently used household items are welcome.

Adult Sellers

Vendor Space Fee: $60/$50 MCC district residents

Children 5 to 15 years old Sellers - Strictly Children’s Items Only

Children must be the vendors of their items and supervised by a parent at all times.
Vendor Space Fee: $30/$15 MCC district residents
Activity No. 2002.226

Sellers must register in advance. The vendor enrollment deadline is Friday, Sept. 4. Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis.

Prohibited Items: Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, knives, box cutters, flammable liquids, fireworks, highly combustible items including gas grills, explosives, pornography, tobacco, cigarettes, vapor cigarettes, alcohol and silly string. Consumables (food, body products, etc.) intended for human consumption or use, open or sealed, will not be permitted unless otherwise approved by McLean Community Center. Management reserves the right to ask a exhibitor to remove any item deemed hazardous or inappropriate to the family environment of this event.
