Learn to make these Japanese favorites: Fresh Baked Senbai Rice Crackers with Black Sesame Seeds; Korokke (Japanese fried potato croquettes) with Tonksatsu Sauce; Negi Miso Onigiri (scallion and miso stuffed rice balls); Yakitori (seasoned chicken skewers) with Yakitori Sauce Okonomiyaki (Fried cabbage and egg pancakes with sesame seeds and pickled ginger).
