Summer Pasta Workshop

Prepare handmade egg pasta then decide which pasta shapes you wish to make. Choose from these fun pasta shapes: Three Cheese Ravioli; Cavatelli (small hollow shells); Orecchiette (small ear-shaped pasta); Pappardelle (large broad flat noodles); Farfalle (bowtie); Angel Hair; Fettuccini and Quadrucci (little squares) or come up with your own! Pastas will be tasted with these sauces: Alfredo (Creamy Garlic and Cheese) and Classic Marinara.
