Youth Chocolate Treats

Who doesn’t love chocolate? Youth will learn about cooking with chocolate to make delicious desserts and treats. Participants will prepare the following to enjoy in class and will also get to take some of these scrumptious chocolate treats home to share (or not!). On the menu: Maine Potato Candy; White Chocolate Muffins with Candied Oranges; Warm Chocolate Lava Cakes with Salted Caramel Sauce; Chocolate Fudge Cookies.
